Don't book with this hotel! on a recent visit to Israel, my flight was delayed and I got in after midnight. They offer late check in - however, I could not get in and was stranded. Had to book another hotel. They refused a refund saying that they emailed me instructions - which I never got. I asked for proof of email, and they stopped responding to me. DONT TRUST THEM

I can not thank the owner and staff enough for our weeks stay in this wonderful, cool and ideally located hotel. The room and bed was excellent, the décor elegant, the location absolutely the best in Tel Aviv. The owner is a true gentleman and from the first till the last was welcoming and helpful and made this feel like home. I recommend this hotel with all my heart and we are already planning to return in march.
