This store has changed name/ownership since I last visited. My visit in September 2025 it is now called Anipet. With that change, they are no longer an outlet store so prices are higher than before / less discounts. They do however offer some discounts/promotions but they're not necessarily proactive offering these so it's worth asking e.g. a percent off a second bag of food if taking more than 1 bag. They have a large variety of products. I find that if you have questions for the staff so your purchase isn't super fast, it can take a long time while staff search things, consult with management, serve easier customers first, and prioritise people on the phone. All of that is annoying. There is free delivery for orders over 200 shekels and they usually give a gift with orders (not sure the criteria to receive a gift). I've found delivery in the past efficient enough (delivery driver doesn't necessarily listen to all instructions), but can't rate that under the new ownership for now. My 3 star rating (as opposed to 5 star) is for the loss of outlet prices since the new ownership, and for the service 'out-of-turn' for those with questions / a more complicated order. I've found the staff generally knowledgeable, and they seem to really love pets (and offer a little free snack to dogs) so would return again, but now do most my orders at a different pet store which is more competitive for price.

Menefreghisti e arroganti. Non vale la pena.
