This experience left a bad impression. I came in needing a full service on my bike (cleaning, brake replacement, chain replacement, etc.), which would have been a substantial and paid job. Instead, the owner chose to prioritize a friend who came in before me when, I originally arrive without the bike and asked if he would be able to take a look at my bike. The owner said, “bring your bike I’ll check”. I went home got the bike and the friend was still there for a simple e-bike brake bleed. I was made to wait over 20 minutes while he took his time not even working on his friend’s bike, without any clear communication or acknowledgment of my time. I completely understand helping someone you know, but when a paying customer is standing there ready to give you significant work, basic professionalism and transparency matter. A quick explanation or time estimate would have gone a long way. Because of how this was handled, I decided to take my business elsewhere. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this shop based on my experience. The biggest issue I had was, with the sheer attitude of not even tell me how much time I would have to wait or paying me any mind!! The owner acted like I wasn’t even there. Also, when I asked he gave me a rude I’m with someone quick response.
