Недопустимая халатность и по отношению к пациентам! Отсутствие организации, профессионализма и уважения к пациентам!

Yesterday was supposed to be an operation for my dad! My dad was starving the day before the operation and the next day he was just as hungry and did not drink anything! My dad is 68 years old. As a result, he was treated irresponsibly and very badly! He was denied the operation due to the fact that the patient in front of him was late and something went wrong. As a result, 68-year-old dad went home hungry and under stress! The clinic did not begin to resolve the situation in any way and did not even feed me or dad! They offered to stay overnight, but on the condition that the next day they did not promise us an operation! We ended up taking a taxi. My dad is under a lot of stress! HOW IS IT POSSIBLE IN SUCH A CLINIC?!!! At the same time, we must again receive form 17 and sign up for the operation! We will probably go to Russia or Georgia for surgery!
