Terrible service and attention. Don’t understand why they study to be veterinarian if they don’t have a heart to help a cat of 6 weeks that just needed a vaccine.

Worst vet! Avoid at all costs (and the cost will be HEAVY). I took my cat here - 1400 shekels later they recommended I take him to a specialist to operate (they also asked if I wanted to do a blood test for another 500 shekels which they said I need if the cat gets surgery. I said let’s wait to see if he needs surgery before I throw 500 shekels down the toilet. Then when I came to pick up my cat again they said they need to do the blood test or they couldn’t give the cat any pain meds…so they won and we did the test). I then found a specialist and he had to redo the XRAYS because the quality of the xray imaging was so bad they couldn’t use them. The specialist said the cat was too tiny for surgery and to operate would be a big risk and no guarantee it will work. Instead the vet bandaged the paw and told us to come back. Should’ve skipped this vet and gone straight to the other one who knew what he was doing and helped.

I took my cat to be neutered about a month ago, they were super super fast, caring and attentive! And they followed up in the next few days to make sure he was doing ok :)

After being a loyal customer of this clinic for 10 years, I am extremely disappointed with the level of care and service I have received. Every visit follows the same pattern: the vet incorrectly diagnoses my pet's condition, resulting in further health complications and unnecessary expenses. The staff's demeanor is consistently rude and unprofessional, showing little interest in addressing my concerns and lacking in basic communication skills. Additionally, the prices are exorbitant, leaving me feeling like I'm being taken advantage of. In summary, I cannot recommend them to anyone seeking quality and compassionate care for their furry companions.
