Ilan is an excellent lawyer. He is persistent and assertive, not aggressive. He is incredibly knowledgeable about the Family Court and rabbinical court, the judges, and the other lawyers. He stays calm in front of bad judges. He negotiates well with the other lawyers. He listens well and understands exactly what we want. He is respectful and patient. His advice is excellent, and he explains clearly the inexplicable ways of the court system. He is caring even with us who are difficult clients. And when he does not hear from us, he calls us to make sure that we are ok. We asked Ilan to work with us after trying other lawyers who were nasty or uncaring. This was an excellent decision. To summarize: if Ilan agrees to be your lawyer, you will have the best representation in family court that there is.
