Be aware that there is no one to talk to once your purchase is done! The amazing customer service the seller (shlomo) promised was just a nice way to get me to close the deal. I bought two mattresses (for my husband and I) which were in stock and received them a week after my order. When purchasing them I asked the salesperson if we can replace the mattress if my husband wasn’t comfortable with it and I was told that it wouldn’t be a problem. The first night we had a horrible sleep, we woke up with back and shoulder pain and I contacted the salesperson right away explaining the situation and requested to return them. He told me to speak with customer service (Dr Gav or the Kauffman group). They told me they can’t help me and that I need to speak with the store manager (Sigalit) I called the store manager and she says that she’s not the one to make the decision and that the CEO himself said there is nothing to do. This is the service you get for a luxury product. I am sharing this because I think it’s important for potentials customers to know what they’re getting themselves into. This chain has a no refund or exchange policy even for items in stock! unlike most mattress companies (including DR GAV) which allow a trial period with refunds and exchanges.
