We have friends who moved to live there a few month ago, and it's amazing how they changed for good. It's a place 7* or more the main building with all the services included : lobby, many kind of gyms, informatic room equipped to learn and use for those who need it, room for those who like to pain, other for those who like ceramics, other for those who like to play cards, other for small conferences and courses, a beautiful climatized swimming pool with installations , bathrooms all around the building, anti-sliping floors, theater where the people have different things everyday at the evening: conferences, music, theater, audiovisuals, etc., big category restaurant , ecologic gardens where they make activities too. All it's designed and thought functional, the apartments in variety sizes with all comodities and personal privacy of the tenants but with care. Something very important to say : place to live without stress because all is under control of the excellent professional personel . I'm going to tell you a story: a few days ago the air conditioning in my friends apartment didn't work , well they just notice the one in charge and they come right away to check and repare, because it was a day very hot someone from the administration came too and instructed my friends that if the air couldn't be fix to move for the evening/night to the melonit ="backup apart" and gave them the key at the moment, they didn't wait to see if all will be working for this move, it was dobe a priori , these show how their system care about ... Ah, they didn't pay nothing extra not for the technician or the personal assistance also there was not need to call nobody of the family for help, they new later sure just as anecdotic way. All these and more improve the quality of life , for sure the people have not time to be sitting at home looking to the ceiling o the news at the TV 24hs because they have plenty social life in beautiful common places in and outside ... You can see I love this place and we hope about it when our time come... It's a place made it with brain.
