פטיסרי צרפתי מעולה! ברמה גבוהה ובמחירים מצחיקים יחסית לתמורה. קופץ בכל פעם שיש לי הזדמנות...

Gourmets and Foodies of the world: Madeleine Boutique is THE destination for authentic, sophisticated (and to die for) French pastries and confectionery in Israel. Chef Claude Bensimon was trained by Pierre Hermé, one of France's most prominent pastry chef. He worked many years as pastry chef at luxury hotels and was most recently the chef of pastries and dessert at the Waldorf Astoria. While many believe that his rightful place should be Tel Aviv or another more prestigious Israeli city, he decided to open his bakery close to home in Gush Etzion, a 25 minutes ride from Jerusalem. I hope Gush Etzion residents realize the gem that he is!

The best place for real French pastries! (Not in France) No diets here though! None at all!
