Its really sad. My family and I have been purchasing jewelry from this jeweler for many years. We went the other day to purchase a bracelet and were given a quote. We came back a few hours later and asked for one that was slightly smaller. Not only was the price for the smaller one not the same but he increased his price by over 200 nis in less than 3 hours. We told him his dad, who we have known for years, had given us this quote. he just Shrugged us off and told us it was a mistake. They should have stood by the original quote at least. Unfortunately I will not be coming back here nor will I recommend this place. This used to be a place of integrity, honesty and customer service.
