Although they are physically located in Israel, I have never had a problem contacting them (from the USA or Europe) by email, phone or video conference. The associates are very patient with regards to answering questions, professional and knowledgeable about the tax and financial (FBAR/FATCA etc…) filing laws for US residents as well as for Americans living abroad.
