We came across this place while walking around the old city and I am sure glad we did. Everything was so delicious and tasted so fresh, we couldn’t stop talking about it even when we got back to the states from our trip. Everything including the meat was cut and prepared fresh.

You cannot miss this place! This place is run by super nice and humble family. There is no menu - owner will let you know what he got and what can be served. We’ve also met some locals there. The food was super delicious and we payed really reasonable price. Reccomend!

Very good food! Small local restaurant that prepares fresh and delicious meals. We had the lamb, and it was very very good. Totally recommend

This was a cozy and intimate restaurant with limited seating. I visited this restaurant during lunchtime with two other companions, and we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of food and service. The standout dish for us was the hummus, which we all agreed was the best we had tasted in Jerusalem. The food was not only delicious but also affordable compared to other restaurants we visited during our trip. One thing to note is that they only accept cash payments, no credit cards. However, this shouldn't deter you from trying out this gem of a restaurant! Overall, if you're in Jerusalem and looking for a tasty and budget-friendly meal, I would definitely recommend giving Al-Baghdadi Restaurant a visit.
