המלון ממש מקסים נקי וממש נוח בשביל זוג בשביל לילה אחד קרוב ממש לרכבת הקלה, לעיר העתיקה ולממילא החיסרון היחיד היה שהמיטה לא הייתה נוחה בכלל ממש קשה והיה לנו קצת מסובך לפתוח את הדלת הראשית בכניסה למלון אבל סה״כ תמורה טובה למחיר

ואי היה מדהים!!!! החדרים מושלמים . המיקום ממש על ממילא קרוב להכל ! הצוות מקסים ברמות ממש אהבנו וחד משמעית נחזור ?? ממליצה בחום .

I see that others have emphasized the superior location. Across the street from the famous gorgeous outdoor mamilla mall. Across the street from the mamilla hotel, David citadel hotel and the Waldorf Astoria. Yes, this is an exclusive area. 5min walk to Ben yehuda street, 10min walk to the Great synagogue. 15min walk to the western wall. Even more impressive is the rooms. I had the privilege of touring multiple rooms. The designers are top notch. Using the latest fashions and Jerusalem stone, you will truly fall in love. We trusted the photos and it was better in person. The service: where to begin: Joseph and his staff are amazing. They are like family. They will assist you with anything/everything. If you keep Shabbat they will provide you with what you need ( hot plate, urn etc…) and leave the front gate unlocked. We stayed over Chanukah and they gave us a menorah and candles. It was truly magical. Great for families or large groups. Great place to host Shabbat. This is the best. Thank you Joseph and Guy.

We stayed in the perfect place for Jerusalem. Outside the City of David. It far from historic sites. Restaurants nearby and a mall across the street. This is not a full service hotel. But is a full luxury room. Quiet and beautiful rooms. Everything was clean neat new and perfect. Check-in is done digitally with daily communications if we needed anything. Perfect small boutique hotel. I highly recommend this place a few want a good location with great rooms.

We stayed at Mamilla View - Suites & Apt Hotel in the Elite Studio Suite (these are the suites vs the Mamilla view URBAN bedroom rentals). We selected it because of its high online ratings emphasizing that the proprietor and staff go out of their way accommodating guests. This proved most accurate. Any time we needed anything or had any question, Joseph promptly responded, always saying that he's ready to help with anything. That level of attention and service is priceless and hard to find. The location is phenomenal. 15 walk to Western Wall Temple Mount. Across the street from Mamilla Mall, Jerusalem's premier upscale open-air shopping mall, a stylish pedestrian promenade connecting the historic Jaffa Gate (Old City) to the modern city center, featuring high-end international brands, quality restaurants, cafes, and lovely views. Walkable to many key access points, light rail systems, stores and more. The bed, pillows and blankets were VERY comfortable. Heating/A/C unit with remote control was GREAT. Hot showers anytime. Daily housekeeping and towel replenishment. Plata and hot water urn provided for weekend. Highly recommended.
