like a local - Urban Resort in Jerusalem

We stayed at Bugrashov Beach Studio. It is new to their like a locals portfolio. They had no idea how to turn on the hot water. They didn’t send a technician until 36 hours of checking in passed by. It’s pretty easy to flip the hot water heating switch but it didn’t work because in the end we were the first to stay at this unit and someone on their end forgot to open the electrical box and flip that switch. This negative review has way more to do with the customer service side of this company. They are sheisters! After dozens of calls (from Booking.com as well) to try to get the hot water on … they just kept saying “we’ll send a technician” or “ management will call you” … 36 hours later! Great location but unfortunately EXTREMELY poor communication skills from the management side.
