Bad customer service and overrated! Ordered large oatmilk cappuccino, but instead given milk. I informed the cashier and barista they got it wrong. they insisted it’s oatmilk. I even ask them to taste it, and yet they refused and looking arrogantly insisted they are right. Being a lactose intolerant of course can tell the difference 🙄. Ending up throwing away my drink. Go somewhere else, my friend had oatmilk cappuccino and said it was mediocre while their choco drink is way too sweet, like it’s gonna give you diabetes anytime!

לטענת העובד אין במקום שרותים. נשמע לא תקין. שרות עצמי סביר ומהיר.

* quick service - can order in advance through app and be notified when ready. * fresh ingredients, made on the spot, mediterranean plant based cuisine * lots of healthy options (can choose wholewheat, dishes with legumes, even vegan chickpea omelet breakfast etc.). * 10% discount if you pay through prepaid card. reasonably prices ( can get meal under 50 shekels). * closest Israel gets to Starbucks... but seriously as a non coffee person myself they have good smoothies and the best cold and hot ginger/cinnamon/lemon/honey tea i replicate at home. - the only downside is that portions have sized down over the years, and each branch has like freestyle interpretation of the salads for example so if you or your kid is stuck to routine or rigid/sensory sensitive (cut size, proportions between components, seasoning etc) - be prepared. also some branches have the music volume on pretty high. but there are usually different areas for seating options. menu has been updated with new bowl salads like mexican. gluten free friendly options too.
