An unbelievable minyan factory named after the Baal hasefer Har tzvi Harav Tzvi Pesach Frank zt"l. Real litvish style minyanim. Nonstop minyanim around the clock. There's a few davening rooms. It's a very tall building with a few batei midrashim for people to learn. They have bathrooms (just hold your nose before going in so you don't die from the amazing odors.) This building can be spotted from all the way down Malachi st. on malchei Yisroel st. Best place after zichron Moshe (just to not ruffle the feathers of the zichron Moshe units). Minyanim for maariv go pretty late but usually no minyanim after about 12 am.
