Deceivers. They promised to stand beyond their product warranty. They told us not to worry if anything goes wrong, just bring it to us we will replace it. The warranty on Moulinex Kettle was 10 years. It worked only for 3 months. When we brought the kettle to them, they just gave us the phone from the warranty department. Their site promises to fix it, not to replace it. This means we have to drive to the nearest shop, drop it off and eventually pick it up. We can also send to to them for repair and pay for the return. This makes absolutely no sense, and it will cost us more than buying new kettle. Why deceives people? Can't you have an honest business??
