Healthy and DELICIOUS! I recently began a new eating plan based on the Fast Like A Girl book. As part of my diet I needed fermented foods and decided to give Natures Live Foods a try. I ordered a Kambucha pack, fermented cabbage, dips and granola bars. Wow! I figured the stuff would be healthy, but not very yummy. Was I surprised! Every item I tasted was delicious! Even my kids enjoyed the foods spreading the dips on their challah, and savoring the sips of the drinks I “generously” allowed them to have (hey, I wasn’t about to share it all since then I wouldn’t have any for myself! 😂). I just placed another order and am excited to try the other products! My new go to for yummy healthy food!
